A blend of Clairette and Vermentino. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear skin, citrus and nectarine are followed by some Jonathan apple and stony mineral notes. Vibrant pear, citrus and Jonathan apple skin flavours overlay a saline back drop of slate and mineral. Taut, linear feel with crisp acidity. The dry, racy finish showing a dash of unripe pineapple.
