Matured in old French oak barrels for 10 months. Deep dark red colour with tinges of black to the outskirts and a bright purple red hue. Freshly crushed dark raspberry scents mix with liquorice, plum, light earth and vanillin spice notes. Bright juicy dark raspberry and ripe plum fruits are shaded by traces of liquorice, earth and vanillin spice. Vibrant underlying acidity and very smooth tannins finishing with a delicious red to blue fruited aftertaste.
