2018 Cazadora Pinot Noir

Matured for 6 months in French oak. Light red colour with black tinged edges and a bright crimson red hue. Fresh cherry aromas tinged with a hint of violet mix with strawberry, subtle stalk, fresh herb and spice notes. Light in body the palate has an appealing freshness to it with flavours of cherries and strawberries infused with herbs, a touch of stalk and spice. Bright acidity and fine grained tannins. Finishes with moderate length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
