2018 Caviste Pinot Noir

Luminous semi translucent red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant ripe cherry and strawberry aromas subtlety infused with dried clove and dried meat notes are trailed by subtle spicy forest floor. Moreish flavours of ripe cherries and strawberries intermix with savoury dried clove, forest floor and spicy cedar elements. Supple feel and velvety tannins with a medium to long spicy cherry, strawberry, subtle clove and forest floor aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
