2018 Cascina Feipu dei Massaretti Pigato

Pigato is also known as Vermentino. Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinged outskirts and a watery hue. Rising out of the glass with good intensity is a bouquet of limes, pears and green apple trailed by some mango fruits and infusions of fresh herbs. Fruity and fresh the palate features lime and mango flavours over some green apple, subtle fresh herb infusions and a dash of minerality. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
