An exceptionally pretty nose is cool and pure with its airy aromas of essence of red pinot fruit trimmed in discreet spice and floral wisps. The more refined flavors possess a relatively sophisticated mouthfeel while displaying fine length. This is a Chassagne rouge of finesse.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

Only Caroline and her brother have pinot vines in this vineyard, 22 ares together. Mid-red purple with an exquisitely fine bouquet. This is really classy, fine-boned pinot yet with real density. Excellent balance, this could be from a much more acclaimed red wine village. The 40% whole bunch component is nicely integrated.
