From vines over 50 years old, the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the bright varietal character of the Dolcetto grape.
Deep dark red black colour with a bright purple red hue. Fragrant freshly crushed dark cherry and raspberry scents are intermeshed with fresh herb, inky earth and spice notes. Light in body and possessing plenty of freshness, savoury red to dark cherry and bright raspberry fruits have an elegant feel overlaying inky earth, infusions of fresh herbs and spice. Polished tannins with vibrant acidity leading into a youthfully energetic conclusion.
