2018 Briar Ridge Old Vines Shiraz

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. A mix of red plum and red liquorice scents greets the nostrils with elements of smoky cedar, dried meats and pepper ensuing. Mid weighted with a ripe yet lively feel, the palate is layered with red plum and red liquorice fruits. Notions of earth, leather and peppered meats ensue. Fine grained tannins and bright acidity, finishing juicy and fresh.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
