Semi translucent bright red core with a light red hue. Raspberry, ripe cherry and strawberry aromas blossom from the glass followed by hints of earth, light tobacco and spicy herbs. Light and supplely textured, there’s superb purity to the ripe red cherry and strawberry fruit which sits over a back drop of lightly scorched earth, dried herbs and spice. Finishes dry with lively acidity and slightly chalky tannins. Excellent length with a long, faintly chewy yet delicious aftertaste.
