A certified organic blend of 85% Shiraz and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dense pitch black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Potent blackberry, blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are intermeshed with vanillin cedar, tobacco, earthy dried herb and spice notes. Medium to full in body generous blackberry, liquorice and blackcurrant fruits carry an air of refinement. Vanillin cedar, dusty earth and spicy tobacco characters the back drop. Finishes with a tangy freshness, polished yet structured tannins and a relatively finessed aftertaste.
