2018 Blind Corner Chardonnay Aligote

Certified organic this is a blend of 91% Chardonnay and 9% Aligote. Brilliant pale straw colour with hints of green to the edges and a watery hue. Citrus top notes intermix with nectarine and wet stone finishing with a whiff of spice. Light and dry with a lean racy mouthfeel the palate has flavours of white peaches, nectarines and light dried honey over subtle stony mineral end notes. Fresh, crisp acidity with a moderate white peach, nectarine, light dried honey and wet stone aftertaste.
