2018 Black Jack Block 6 Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark purple red hue. Nosing reveals scents of dark plum and liquorice wrapped up in vanillin cedar with subtle notions of earthy fennel and pepper also present. Medium bodied dark plum and liquorice fruits have a satiny entry and are followed by subtle chocolatey vanillin cedar, light earth and spicy pepper characters. Beautifully polished tannins compliment the understated richness of fruit. Concludes long and refined.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
