Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced lemon and lime scents dominate the nose with orange rind, talc and faint wet steel notes also evident. Racy lime and citrus flavours intermingle with chalky wet steel characters and mineral. Taut steely feel finishing dry with snappy acidity. Aftertaste of lime, citrus, wet steel and mineral.
