2018 Benanti Etna Bianco

Made from 100% Carricante grapes. Bright pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear, dried honey and lime aromas intermix with subtle citrusy nougat and spiced nut notes. Light in body and quite dry on the finish the palate is delicately flavoured with green pear, lime and green apple fruits which sit over a stony mineral back drop. Fresh crunchy acidity concluding with an elegant mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
