Totally opaque black core with a deep dark red black hue. Aromas of dark cherries, liquorice and black olives mix with some smoky cedar and spicy fennel like notes. Bright dark cherry, blueberry and liquorice fruits are underpinned by vibrant acidity and chewy tannins with some earth and spicy dried herb elements sitting underneath. Dry, slightly grippy finish with a medium length aftertaste.
