Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Pear and lime aromas combine with some light honeyed notes and a faint whiff of quince. Fresh pear and lime flavours dominate the palate with underlying quince and mineral. Good lively acidity on the finish with a medium length lime, pear and subtle mineral aftertaste.
