Certified organic, preservative free and unoaked. Magnificent inky black dark purple colour with a very deep bright dark purple hue. Fragrant spicy crushed blackberry, inky liquorice, plum and blueberry aromas are followed by some fresh herb and graphite like notes. Luscious and vibrant the palate is loaded with rich blue and dark fruits which sit over a spicy back drop. Fresh, crunchy acidity with well integrated tannins and a medium to long inky dark fruited aftertaste.
