Deep, slightly cloudy dark red colour with a bright red hue. Fragrant violet, winter strawberry and sour cherry aromas infused with fresh herbs are trailed by light earthy incense and spice notes. Bright and savoury the palate is decorated with a mix of strawberry, red cherry and sour cherry fruit laced with fresh herbs. Some earth and spice nuances are also evident. Finishes dry with fresh, crunchy like acidity, fine grained tannins and a long elegant aftertaste.
