Dense inky black colour with a very deep dark red black hue. Aromas of plum and liquorice mix with toasty vanillin oak, fennel and pepper. Mid weighted the blackpepper infused palate also sees the appearance of dark plum, liquorice, toasty vanillin oak and spicy earth flavours. Sturdy tannins and bright acidity bring structure and freshness. Peppery medium length finish.
