2018 Barwon Ridge Pinot Noir

Semi translucent red colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of red cherry, rhubarb and winter strawberry followed by some stalky dried herb notes, game meat and spice. Casting a silky feel across the moreish palate are flavours of spicy ripe cherries, strawberries and rhubarb with notions of earth, dried herbs and game lending complexity across the back half. Amply powered and possessing velvet smooth tannins, it finishes long and supple.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
