Semi translucent dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe dark cherry and anise aromas are interwoven with forest floor, dried herb and spicy cedar notes. Mid weighted the palate is generously fruited with rich dark cherries, rhubarb and anise. Spicy cedar and dried herb elements ensue. Ripe and fleshy in its feel with polished tannins and a medium to long aftertaste.
