Brilliant straw colour with a watery hue. Ripe pear and baked apple scents intermix with honeysuckle, citrus, light quince and spice. Excellent weight and concentration with intense spicy pear and ripe apple flavours flowing into honeysuckle and spicy quince within a texturally rich mouthfeel. Clean dry finish with excellent fresh acidity and a long spicy pear, apple and quince aftertaste.
