Fermented wild with whole bunches and matured for 5 months in seasoned French oak. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light red hue. A mix of red to dark raspberries, ripe red cherries and subtle liquorice notes are followed by subtle dried herbs and spice. Juicy raspberry, cherry and liquorice fruits fill the light to medium bodied palate which has good underlying freshness. Elements of confectionary are also present. Vibrant finish with a dash of spice, velvety tannins and a delicious medium length aftertaste.
