2018 Aloft Shiraz

Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Aromas of liquorice and black cherry mix with earthy graphite like notes, smoked meats and white pepper. Medium to full bodied the pepper infused palate serves up black cherry and liquorice fruits over scorched earth and vanillin cedar. Fleshy mid palate feel with polished yet sturdy tannins and a long black pepper laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
