2018 Ad Hoc Middle of Everywhere Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black in colour with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced ripe blackberry and liquorice scents are followed by vanillin cedar, earth and blackpepper notes. Medium to full bodied rich blackberry, liquorice and dark cherry fruits are underpinned by a sturdy tannin structure which imparts some firmness onto the back palate. Vanillin cedar and earthy blackpepper characters are also apparent. Bright, slightly chewy aftertaste.
