Semi translucent dark red core with black tinged edges and a light reddish hue. Aromas of spicy red cherries and red currants subtlety overlaid by a leathery component intermix with light earth and dried herbs. Light to medium weight the palate has an elegant feel to it with flavours of red cherries, spicy currants, light earth and herbs. Finishes dry with fresh acidity, finely grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
