Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges. Lifted ripe pear aromas laced with honeycomb are followed by hints of tropical fruits, confectionary and a whiff of spice. Luscious ripe pear and honeycomb flavours fill the mouth. Finishes dry and spicy with some citrus freshness. Vibrant acidity with a rich spicy pear, honeycomb and citrus aftertaste.
