Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant infused with bay leaf and black olive are trailed by smoky cedar and spicy tobacco notes. Medium bodied the palate is decorated with blackcurrant and black olive flavours which sit over a base of cigar box and infusions of bay leaf. Sturdy yet fine grained tannins provide good structure and lead into a medium length finish.
