Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Zesty passionfruit, green apple and citrus scents overlay some subtle herbaceous grassy characters. Mouth watering flavours of passionfruit dominate the palate with underlying green apple, fresh lime and light herbaceous grassy characters also present. Finishes with zippy acidity and an aftertaste of passionfruit, green apples, lime and light herbaceous grassy infusions.
