2017 Whistling Eagle Vineyard Dry Red

Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Expressive aromas of raspberry and ripe dark cherries intermingle with liquorice, hints of dark chocolate, vanillin cedar, light earthy tobacco and spice notes. Medium bodied, fleshy and elegant, rich raspberry, liquorice and ripe plum fruit provide savoury appeal underpinned by vanillin cedar, subtle tobacco and spice. Slightly dryish finish with polished tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
