2017 West Cape Howe Pinot Grigio

Fruit was sourced from the Mount Barker, Frankland and Margaret River regions. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and ripe apple are overlaid by some dried honey notes with notions of quince and light spice ensuing. Nicely textured in the mouth with flavours of pear, ripe apple and traces of quince prevalent over subtle citrusy dried honey characters. Dry, fresh finish with an aftertaste of pear, red apples, quince and citrusy dried honey characters. A very drinkable Pinot Grigio.
