2017 Voyager Estate Chardonnay

Bright pale straw to straw colour with a glimmer of green around the edges and a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of nectarine and dried honey which are fused to notions of lemon butter, subtle oily toast like notes, nougat and lightly spiced almonds. Mid weighted with a gentle creaminess to the texture, flavours of nectarine, light dried honey, toast and lemon butter are dispersed across the palate. Subtle dried almond and spice characters sit in the background. Finishes dry and fresh with a refined, elegant aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
