Translucent apricot skinned colour with a watery hue. Subdued aromas of pear and red apple are trailed by citrus and light quince notes. Fullish textural feel with flavours of ripe pears and red apples dominate over quince and a lick of spice. Finishes fresh with spritely acidity. Zippy aftertaste of pears, red apples, quince and subtle spice.
