Semi translucent vibrant red colour with a light crimson hue. Fragrant violet aromas intermix with bright red cherry, fresh raspberries and strawberry scents followed by hints of dried herbs, a faint meatiness and spice. Lightly weighted the palate sports delicious flavours of lightly spiced red cherries and strawberries over subtle fresh herb infusions, traces of earth and spice. Bright balanced acidity and finely grained tannins. Savoury conclusion of bright red cherries and strawberries, fresh herbs, subtle earth and spice.
