Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Zesty lime and lemon aromas blossom from the glass with a hint of green apple, wet steel and mineral also present. Mouth watering flavours of lime juice and lemon combine with crunchy fresh acidity. Dry steely finish with plenty of minerality also present. Long laser like aftertaste with lingering wet steel, lime, lemon and mineral characters.
