Brilliant very pale straw colour with a light tinge of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and ripe nectarine intermix with a hint of grapefruit followed by light dried honey, citrusy nougat and subtle gun flint. Light to medium bodied with a fresh yet delicately creamy mouthfeel, the palate has flavours of white peaches, nectarines and traces of dried honey over citrusy nougat and subtle infusions of gun flint. Clean dry finish with lively acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
