2017 Vanguardist Wines McLaren Vale Grenache

Includes 40% whole bunch fruit. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light crimson red hue. Ripe red to dark raspberry scents intermingle with red cherries, hints of liquorice, subtle clove and spicy vanilla notes. Light and juicy in its textural feel the palate has an even spread or ripe raspberry, red cherry and liquorice fruits over subtle dried herbs, light vanillin cedar, faint earth and spice. Silky smooth tannins and bright acidity concluding with a long red to dark fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
