Brilliant water like colour with a very faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Nosing reveals aromatics of tropical fruits and ripe pear followed by infusions of dried herbs and delicate spice. Light in body with a rounded mouthfeel the palate possesses flavours of tropical fruits, pears and citrus over some grassy herb characters. Finishes dry with good freshness, crisp acidity and an aftertaste of tropical fruits, pears, citrusy herb infusions and a subtle grassiness.
