A Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blend. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Lime top notes intermix with tropical fruit, herbaceous grassy characters, citrus and spicy asparagus scents. Possessing good intensity and volume, the palate has a rounded textural feel with flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, citrus and grassy asparagus infusions over a back drop of subtle pencil shavings and spice. Clean dry finish with crisp acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
