A blend of 65% Roussanne, 24% Marsanne and 11% Viognier. Brilliant pale straw colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted ripe peach and apricot scents intermix with honeycomb followed by some nougat and spice notes. Rich luscious ripe peach and apricot fruits dominate with honeycomb, citrusy nougat and spice elements also evident. Round supplely textured mouthfeel with balanced acidity and a long ripe peach, apricot, honeycomb, nougat and spice aftertaste.
