Very deep dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. A mix of sour to dark cherry aromas laced with fresh herbs are trailed by some stalk and spice notes. Medium weight the palate has flavours of dark cherries infused with fresh herbs over light earth and spice. Slightly dryish tannins, fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
