Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Nosing reveals scents of lime and citrus intermixed with granny smith apple followed by hints of wet steel and mineral. Racy flavours of lime juice and lemon overlay green apple and steely mineral characters. Tight zesty mouthfeel with a very dry steely finish and crunchy acidity. Aftertaste of lime juice, lemon, green apple and steely mineral.
