Brilliant water like colour with greenish tinged edges. Fragrant aromas of lime juice, citrus and granny smith apple are followed by light talc end notes. Flavours of lime juice, green apple and citrus fill the mouth over a chalky mineral back drop. Dry finish with crunchy acidity and a long aftertaste of lime juice, granny smith apple, lemon and chalky mineral infusions.
