Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Fresh lime juice scents dominate the nose with lemon, hints of granny smith apple, wet steel and flinty mineral notes ensuing. Mouthfilling lime juice and lemon flavours have an austere feel over a bed of steely mineral characters. Finishes very dry with crisp razor like acidity and long laser like, steely infused finish.
