Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry aromas mix with hints of dried herbs, earth, vanillin cedar and tobacco characters. Medium bodied, savoury flavours of spicy dark cherries and red currant are backed by earthy tobacco characters, dried herbs and old cedar. Dry, slightly chalky tannins impart some grip. Bright acidity with a medium length aftertaste.
