2017 Ten Minutes by Tractor Down The Hill Estate Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Uplifted scents of ripe dark cherries and anise meld into earthy dried herb, lightly toasted cedar and spice notes. Rich dark cherry, plum and anise flavours fill the mouth underpinned by earthy forest floor, lightly toasted cedar and spicy dried herb characters. Polished tannins provide a sturdy framework. Good power with a lengthy finish.
