2017 Ted by Mount Edward Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Pronounced dark cherry, anise, strawberry and plum aromatics flow out of the glass trailed by toasty oak and spice. Mid weighted, the palate doesn’t have the same level of intensity as the nose. Rich dark cherry and plum fruits mix with anise, subtle dried herbs, scorched earth and spicy cedar. Polished tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
