Deep dark red black tinged colour with a purple red hue. Meaty liquorice, plum and dark cherry aromas meld into vanillin cedar, earth and pepper. The elegant medium bodied palate has tightly knit flavours of dark cherries and liquorice intermeshed with dried meats, smoky vanillin cedar, earth and peppered herbs. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins and bright acidity. Vibrant medium length conclusion.
