Matured in French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of white peaches and tropical fruits intermingle with dried honey, nougat and light spicy cashew. Medium weight with a rounded feel and fresh finish the palate has flavours of fleshy white peaches, tropical fruits and subtle dried honey characters over some biscuity nougat and light spice. Clean dry finish with an aftertaste of white peaches, dried honey, citrusy nougat, light cashew and spice.
