Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a crimson red hue. Fragrant ripe cherry and strawberry scents are followed by hints of anise, a subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Light and fresh the palate sees vibrant ripe red cherry and strawberry flavours sit over some subtle meatiness and spicy cedar. Bright acidity and finely grained tannins finishing with an aftertaste of spicy red cherries, raspberries, strawberries and subtle meaty cedar characters.
